Are there any deadlines I should be aware of?
Friday, February 2nd will be our last trading day and your last chance to either complete a treatment or arrange a call to discuss an eligible refund. After this date you will only be able to transfer services to our alternative treatment providers.
I have a gift card/on-account balance; how do I redeem or transfer the treatments associated with my gift card?
We are unable to provide any credits and will only be able to transfer treatments. Please email: email@example.com We will be more than happy to assist you.
If I must use a partnered clinic / alternative treatment provider will the costs be the same?
Your agreed treatments will not be impacted. Our arrangement with our key partners ensures that you will continue receiving your treatment plan as expected. Your skin journey and results will always remain our priority.
The alternative clinic is too far, will my travel costs be covered?
Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any extra travel costs that you may incur.
